hello again! would you look at that. another post!
Anyway... do you ever sit down at your desk, or at the computer desk (which might be the same thing), ready to do all that work you have waiting for you, when all of a sudden you're checking your email, writing a blog post, checking and commenting other peeps blogs, and other random things (like playing minesweeper)? and then, just when you've run out of things to do, and are feeling very tired and daunted by the work a head of, you start thinking about that really good book you're currently reading, and surely 15 more minutes wouldn't hurt? yea... that's happeneing to me now. despite having two assignments, two tests and SAC homework, i have spent the entire afternoon/ evening reading and blogging. oops. and then, on the weekend, i was all "i'm going to get stuck into it today!" but i never really did... i pretty much do my homework, but i just get stuck when it comes to starting assignments. they're so time consuming!
so, thanks for listening to my rant, which was probably not at all interesting, now i'm just going to check my email, have a shower, violin practice, read one more chapter, then get stuck into science... wait a minute, my phone just went off. brilliant!
oh, and to all those people that went to guys and dolls, hope you had fun, wish i was there :(
although nothing beats getting wet at beach sports... which happened to take place at the train sheds. don't ask. but i would NOT have minded missing geography... scarred for life
Jenny again:
ReplyDeleteYes! That happens to me all the time! I wouldn't have thought goody goody Sophie would suffer from the same problem though xP
Guys and Dolls was fun thanks =D What happened in Geography? What did he do? Do I want to know?
Egads.
To Jenny:
ReplyDeleteyes, it's really annoying... i always used to avoid piano practices the same way... :p
geography... Mr "Perko" (his nickname for himself) Perkins asked siobhan if she'd mind "waxing his surfboard" because "isn't that what girls do for guys?" need i say more? i repeat, scarred for life
Wow... that's... poor Siobhan.
ReplyDeleteOnce Georgia and I were laughing at each other across the classroom and he lifted his shirt and asked if his fly was undone. Eurgh.
You know that graph Mr Muddle was showing us about how the Geography students did really badly last year? And said it wasn't because of the teaching plan?
That's all very well and good. BUT MR PERKINS CAME LAST YEAR AND HE DOESN'T STICK TO THE TEACHING PLAN!
Coincidence? NO! IT'S MR PERKINS' FAULT!
...Calm down Jenny. Geesh.
i know! that's what i was thinking when he said it. and yet mr perkins expects us all to get band 6 for geo. maybe he expects us to know it all already?
ReplyDeleteHaha. i agree with Jenny. It all his fault. None of it is directed at me and my horrible score of 16/40. Because we should automaticly know what rivers are bordering countries that are in AMerica. Sure i looked it up last night. Grrr, he pisses me off.
